These Terms of Service govern your use of Clientflo's website and services. Please read them carefully before using our products.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clientflo's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Clientflo provides B2B software products including Morner (lead generation), ACRS (marketing intelligence), Gym Management, and Pet Clinic software. We also provide custom software development services. All services are provided on a subscription or fixed-price basis as agreed.
Payment Terms
Subscription plans are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and other Indian payment methods. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months except in cases covered by our money-back guarantee.
Money-Back Guarantee
Morner subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. ACRS subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. If you are not satisfied within these periods, contact us for a full refund.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to us or that is generated through your use of our services. We do not claim any rights to your data. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with an export of your data upon request.
Intellectual Property
For custom software projects, you own all code and intellectual property delivered as part of the project upon full payment. For subscription products, you are granted a licence to use the software during your subscription period.
Limitation of Liability
Clientflo's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
